Landmark Title Agency,
South has one of the most experienced Title and Closing staffs
in the Dayton area. The company was recognized in 2003 and
2004 by the Dayton Business Journal as the #1 Title Company

Landmark Title Agency, South closes real
estate transactions for most all the banks, mortgage bankers
and brokers, and Realtors in the Dayton area. Located conveniently
off Interstate 675, they are easily accessible to areas north

Greene and Warren counties.

Landmark Title South's Chief Executive Officer
is Chris Cartwright.
Ms. Cartwright received her bachelor of science degree graduating
with Magna Cum Laude honors in 1979 after attending both Bowling
Green State University and Wright State University. She began
her career in the Real Estate industry in 1984, and obtained
her license as a Broker in 1987. Entering the Title Profession
in 1990, she has specialized in Marketing and Public Relations,
personalizing Client Services, and the handling of all types
of Real Estate Closing transactions. Ms. Cartwright additionally
holds a Title Insurance license for the State of Ohio. She has
served on the Board of Directors for the Dayton Mortgage Bankers
Association since 1990, and has been the Association's
Treasurer for many years. She has been extremely active on various
committees as a member of the Dayton Board of Realtors; most
notably chairing their largest fund raiser, the Partners in
Education Golf Outing, for ten years. Ms. Cartwright was recipient
of the 1991 Affiliate of the Year Award presented by the Dayton
Area Board of Realtors, and has received Member of the Year,
and the Hall of Fame Award given by the Dayton Mortgage Bankers
Association. Additionally, she was recognized in 2005 as a "Real
Estate Superstar" in the supporter category by the Dayton
Business Journal. |

Landmark Title South's Chief Operating Officer
is Ms. Karen
Brown. Ms. Brown began her career in the title industry
in 1981, and has worked in both the processing and closing
areas. Her responsibilities include the supervision of the
entire processing staff; both "pre" and "post"
closing departments. Karen is invaluable in assisting our
Realtors and Lenders with any title problems that may arise,
and acts in the capacity as a liaison between attorneys involved
in our transactions and facilitating any of our more difficult
closings. She additionally manages and controls the day-to-day
operations of our computer system and its components and software.
Karen has been extremely active with Women's
Council of Realtors, the Dayton Area Board of Realtors, and
various community and civic organizations. |

example, has seventeen years of experience in record
searches of many surrounding counties, and is considered a

Malinda Schroeder acts as Administrative Assistant to
the Title Department, and monitors all incoming orders, committments,
prelims and survey matters. |

Kathy Sabia. Kathy has in excess of fifteen years in the
title business, and has worked alongside our attorneys in the
past. Her experiential background with some of they most reputable
Builder/Developers in the Dayton area has always been an attribute,
and her processing and expertise in the field of Commercial
Real Estate transactions allows her to assist our clientele
from beginning to end with their purchases. |

Angie Sabia. These three individuals have worked as a team
for many years, and have experienced every type of transaction
in Real Estate associated with title and closing. They are specialists
in the field of communicating with our Lenders and Realtors,
and enjoy one of the best reputations in the area for service,
details, and accuracy. At the front door of
our lobby area, you'll be greeted by Yvonne
Dynnes, whose extensive banking background allows her
to coordinate payoff details and attend to special requests
made by our Realtor and Lender clients.
Chloe Gardner leads the post-closing department for Landmark
Title Agency South. Her experience with shipping and disbursing,
recording and title policies attribute to a flawless finished
product being sent to our lenders. |
Jerry BenVenuto

A wonderful addition to Landmark Title South's
expert closing staff has been Jerry
BenVenuto. He comes into the business with a wealth of
experience as a former title insurance representative at the
state agency level and escrow officer specializing in marketing,
training and public relations.
Nancy
McElroy is an integral part of our team at Landmark Title
South, as she oversees our escrow accounting and all financial
matters pertinent to our closing transactions,. She brings
years of banking, comptrolling, and accounting experience
to our firm.

John Ruffolo |
Corporate counsel
and attorney for Landmark Title South is John Ruffolo, partner
in association with Ruffolo, Stone, Dressel & Lipowicz,
attorneys at law. Mr Ruffolo graduated from the University
of Dayton in 1982 with a Juris Doctor degree, and was admitted
to the Ohio Bar in the same year. Mr. Ruffolo currently serves
on the Ethics Committee of the Dayton Bar Association, and
previously held the position of Chairman between 1997-1999.
Mr. Ruffolo, in addition, practices Real Estate law, Corporate/Business,
General Civil Litigation, and Probate.
