Tiffany L. Duffy has a background in banking, customer service, mortgage banking, supervision, and sales. She manages Title Administration and Order Entry. Tiffany gained inspiration to work in the title closing business from her mother who works at Old Fort Title Agency. She attended Sinclair Community College and has completed studies in marketing, accounting, and business at Wright State University.

Derrick Lynch came to Landmark Title Agency South with 15 years of consumer loan experience through PNC Asset Management Group. He handles Post Closing, Attorney’s Opinions, and Policy Production.

Adam Thoma is the “wearer of all hats” for Landmark Title Agency South’s daily operations, most notably presiding over title commitments and banking assistance. His nine-year professional background allows Adam to serve our lenders and mortgage processors in an expeditious manner to meet all of their needs and requirements.

Amy Maurer is no stranger to Landmark Title Agency South. She is involved as needed in contract closings. Amy fulfills the position of post-closing and policy specialist. She assists with the preparation of opinions of title, and shipping and disbursing. Often you’ll be greeted by Amy’s very pleasant voice as she backs up our phone receptionist on a daily basis.

Landmark Title Agency South is very proud to call Angie Honaker the agency’s lead pre-closing coordinator for over 20 years running. She is fondly nicknamed “Information Central” as she has played an integral part of Landmark Title’s growth and successes through the years. Originating from a family of title and mortgage banking professionals, Angie has experienced every type of closing transaction with expertise and accuracy. She is very much a specialist in communicating with our lenders and realtors on a daily basis.

Angie Sabia has experience with every type of real estate closing transaction associated with title and closing. She possesses nearly 20 years of experience in the title company industry including both pre- and post-closing departments. Angie enjoys providing excellent customer service and communicating with lenders and realtors. Her attention to detail is “second to none.”

Jenna Thoma is the initial “order entry” contact person at Landmark Title Agency South. She is in charge of title orders and works with agents, clients, and abstractors to initiate the title process. She serves as Closing Officer and manages the agency’s public relations. Jenna is a graduate of Bowling Green University.

Mary Burr is an experienced closing agent and manager. Her diverse background includes marketing, public relations, restaurant ownership, event management, and public speaking. Mary is a military veteran and served in the US Army as a Material Control and Accounting Specialist.

Corporate counsel and attorney for Landmark Title Agency South is John Ruffolo, a partner in association with Ruffolo, Stone & Stone, Attorneys at Law. Mr. Ruffolo graduated from the University of Dayton with a Juris Doctor degree. He has served as Bar Counsel for the Dayton Bar Association since 2001. Mr. Ruffolo’s areas of practice include real estate law, general law practice, estate planning and probate, small business, and personal injury.

Nancy Barnes is the “Director of First Impressions” as you enter the lobby of Landmark Title Agency South. She orders all mortgage payoffs, homeowners association updates and status letters, and deals with all lien problems of record and lien releases. Nancy has ten years of experience as a real estate agent where she served as a buyer’s agent and administrative/customer service assistant.
